Booking Terms

Tour price is for up to 3 people per vehicle.

• Price is per vehicle not per person

• Admission fees and meals are not included in the tour price

• We will collect you from your stated location in Meath/ Dublin /Wicklow/ Louth. Please state exact address of pick up point- for example your Hotel name and street address (Eircode) or if Dublin Airport (flight number), or Cruise Ship (Port Entrance).

• The drop off point will be as per your starting point.

General Terms -

In the event of not being able to provide the tour as booked, due for example to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, weather conditions, traffic conditions etc, any payments made will be refunded in full with no further liability being incurred by Green Dragon-Explore Ireland Tours.

After the commencement of a tour, Green Dragon-Explore Ireland Tours reserves the right to alter the planned itinerary as a result of prevailing weather conditions and / or other unforeseen circumstances that may render tour progress unsafe or may cause substantial time delays for tour completion.

Wear walking shoes with good grip for the duration of the tour, walking conditions can be slippery especially on grass at sites such as the Hill of Tara. We accept no responsibility for injury due to slips or falls and all clients are responsibile for their own insurance cover ror the duration of the tour.

Unless otherwise stated : No tour will include the cost of meals or additional attraction entry costs.

Don’t leave valuables or travel documents unattended . We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings for the duration of the tour.

Travel insurance cover is not included in the price of a tour. Customers are advised to take out a travel insurance policy which covers cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before taking a tour.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund will be issued if the tour is cancelled within 48 hours before the tour date. (with the exception of the Ancient East Tour as bookings for this site must be made more than 30 days in advance). Any Newgrange Brú na Bóinne Visitor Centre site entry tour must therefore be cancelled at least 30 days prior to start date.
