  • Step 1. Meet Your Buddy

    Once you select your Arrival Point below and select a Buddy, simply Book a Free Overview Brief with them -Familiarize yourself with Ireland. Discuss the top things to see and do, when to visit, and what to eat and drink. This will give you a general idea of Travelling in Ireland..with outlines of Transport types, Activities available, Essential information such as opening hours and practical things such as what to bring on your trip !

    * One to One 30min Zoom Call

  • Option 2. Book a Briefing

    To start your very own trip planning, you just need to schedule a 2nd meeting with your Buddy. Give them as much info as possible about you and your travel style and trip expectations on the Booking Form. Talk through all your details and expections directly with your chosen Buddy as this will allow them to craft something extra special, just for you. A personalised Itinerary will be issued to you by Email after the call with a suggestion box for any updates and changes you require.

  • Option 3. Concierge Package

    Your personalised itinerary is just the beginning. We know that booking entry tickets, tranport, and the best restaurant tables can be a time-consuming hassle.

    So, as an alternative to Option .2 our T.B.I. Concierge Booking Package is the perfect solution. For one flat fee, we will not alone create your personalised Itinerary (excl Flights & Accommodation) but also manage all the related bookings for your trip using your Buddy’s local knowledge and contacts.You arrive in Ireland ready to enjoy every moment, without any admin headaches. You will receive all Option 2, plus-

    *A supporting day-by-day booking schedule.

    *Direct links to every official booking page.

    *Specific instructions for each reservation.

    * Additional In-Country Support available if required (Direct Buddy Helpline)

    *Backup options for sold-out activities.

  • Option 4. In-Person Guide

    Once you have completed your Briefing, beyond creating bespoke tours, your Buddy can offer their expertise directly as your personal Tour guide. All Buddies hold a National Tour Guiding qualification. Depending on their expertise, they can often lead private walking, foodie, driving, hiking or cycling tours in person. Simply discuss what areas they specialise in and discuss at your inital Option 2 or 3 Briefing session. This activitiy option can be booked independently or included in your Personalised Itinerary.

    Alternatively - you can simply go to our Buddy Tour Shop and select a generic adventure you would enjoy !!

    Tailored Tour - €50 per hour per Group. (up to 4 persons, €60 per hour for larger groups).

For one flat fee, we will create your personalised Itinerary and manage all the bookings for your trip using your Buddy’s local knowledge and contactsYour Buddy will do all the heavy lifting: researching the best options, securing availability, and creating your perfect schedule. You then simply follow our easy instructions to complete your bookings directly with each provider as outlined on your Itinerary.

You get a perfectly planned itinerary and full control over your payments, all while saving countless hours of research and avoiding booking mistakes.

You arrive in Ireland ready to enjoy every moment, without any admin headaches. Talk to your Buddy during your Briefs ( Option 2, 3 and 4) for exact details on this service.For a one-time fee of €200, you will receive:

  • A personalized day-by-day booking schedule.

  • Direct links to every official booking page.

  • Specific instructions for each reservation.

  • Backup options for sold-out activities.

  • Peace of mind that your entire trip is perfectly organized."

(The above service excludes Flights & Accommodation handling although we can monitor once already placed by you or another agent).

This flat fee for up to 10 key itinerary items (e.g., 2 transfers, 3 entry tickets, 3 restaurant reservations). Additional €15 per booking if required over the above.

Note : Support service only available when Bookings service purchased and is charged at a rate of €20 per day taken from the length of the Bookings itinerary.
